Organic and Fairtrade clothes for Little Green Radicals

We started in 2005 with a series of slogan t-shirts and babygrows with slogans like ‘I recycle my trantrums’ and ‘wind farm.’ Everything we do has always been 100% organic and Fairtrade certified and we were in the first batch of companies to receive Fairtrade certification. Today our range of organic baby boys and girls clothes includes babygrows, dunagrees, baby hats, dresses, leggings, babybodies and much more. But our values are the same:

Nick - Founder

I set it up Little Green Radicals because I love doing things I believe in and wanted to make a difference. Running a small company isn't always easy but it is always rewarding. The thing that still gives me a buzz is seeing someone wearing something we produced. These days that's happening a lot more often but I now resist the temptation to run up to complete strangers and tell them how great their kid looks in that top!

Josie - Designer

I am passionate about designing things that make people go wow and I try to do that with Little Green Radicals. I particularly love doing our animal graphics and prints. This year my favourite is the fox. I think our designs are unique and every season we are expanding the range so I get to have more fun.

Jan- Sales Manager

I like seeing their little faces light up, I mean the adults of course, because ultimately that is who we design for. I must confess I am a sales junky and getting orders does motivate me but I also like knowing I work for a company that cares about everyone in the supply chain. I have worked for lots of Fairtrade companies and I intend to keep up this life affirming habit.

Gaby – Customer Service Manager

I wanted to work for Little Green Radicals because I love the ethics of the brand. I think more brands should go organic and Fairtrade. I love it when customers have a big dilemma because they like the designs so much and I have to offer them advice.

Likes: playing piano and making cakes (not together), Croatia, pizza, ideally with red wine and friends

Arlena – Accounts Manager

I have to keep everything in order, which works most of the time. I love finding ways to make it work more of the time and improving the way we do things for customers. Most of all I like working with a great team of people where the work seems secondary to the fun.

Likes – Playing childish games, preferably with my children, but this is optional, walking though ancient woodlands, the Alps, Appenzeller cheese
